I AM IN THE CENTRE OF THE UNIVERSE
...A.K.A. Toronto.
Yeah, I'm back here for another three weeks (minus this coming weekend) to finish up the installation and training I started three weeks ago. If anyone in the area wants to hang out, I'm down with that!
One of my best friends got hitched this weekend, and I was in the Wedding Par-tay. Even with feeling like I was in a convection oven (it was about 30C and near 100% humidity :P ), I had a great time, and it was fairly obvious the bride and groom did too. I'm double-thrilled for them, and hope their marriage will be fruitful and wonderful for them.
Bookwyrm came up from Western Massachussetts to be my date, which was fun and incredible and lovely, and she made quite the splash. (She'll turn red at the compliments coming up, but she deserves them.) She looked GREAT in her dress, could turn from angel to devil on the dancefloor (NOTE: very much a compliment!), and left an impression on everyone who met her. No less than five separate people told me that I'm a lucky, lucky man.
I tend to agree. :)
